Wow it looks like there is a lot of support for people here! I am very excited! I'm looking forward to getting to know you all!
I Finally woke up this morning and have decided to get rid of this excess weight! I don't consider myself to be over weight but I have recently bought a bar and being Greece the locals do tend to try and make you drink a little bit too much! Hence the weight gain over the last year. Also from working two jobs I am constantly tired and as soon as I have free time I jump into bed to sleep. I have to try and force myself to do at least 30 minutes exercise before I do go to sleep every day. That will be the tough one! I hope to loose about 11/2 stone and more than anything I need to tone up and get more active! I really love the calorie counter and it would be really interesting to actually see what I do put away every day. So I guess that is it .....wish me luck!!!

You'll do just fine with your weight-loss goals. Just try to find time to get some good old fashion sleep. That plays a big factor.0
