The last 10 pounds slow so slow.

I put on 20 pounds in 6 months of debauchery. I was living like a Roman queen eating a drinking as I wanted. It hit quick so quick my fat cells got whiplash. 30lbs of pure fat everywhere. I felt horrible. Needless to say my solution was to quit smoking as I would have to quit my beer habit and then would not hang out with my party/food friends. Late night after the bar cheese fries on the way to walking home was too much to pass up. When I drink I eat.
It took 1.5 months to lose the first 10lbs then my body freaked out and wouldn't do anything even though I was working out and eating only about 1200-1500cal a day. 3 months later boom 9 lbs gone in a week (around when I joined this site) and now 35 days later nothing staying the same. My body is changing so I'm not being too much of a psycho woman. I'm getting better, butt has lifted arms are slowly getting guns legs are changing shape.
From peoples experience how long does it take to lose/sculpt the last 10 lb?. I will keep going no matter what. I did add HIT cardio this week. I don't want to starve. I eat now about 1400-1600 a day and once a week eat 2K, due to being honest and knowing starving was fine in my 20's but now that I'm in my 30's I need to love my body into change not force it into a size 2.
Anyway others wisdom would help here. Thank you.

    My only advice is to be patient and log your intake and exercise accurately. Everyone is different. Some are able to lose the last few pounds with ease and others struggle. Just remember that it took 6 months to put the weight on, so it's not going to come off over night.
