It Works! Diet Stuff

Has anyone had any luck with the It Works Greens drink powder? I have been using it for about a week and a half (not a lot only half a scoop a day) I usually mix it with a juice because I hate the taste of it (it is orange flavor)(yeah yeah I know lots of sugar 13ish g of sugar for 8oz). But anyways, Any luck out there?

Pretty much just like everything else...you still have to be at a caloric deficit to lose the weight.
Some I have talked to say athey lost weight on it....but they also have been eating better, eating less, and exercising but for some reason they dismiss the latter as to why they lost weight and contribute it to the former.

I would save your $$, and simply eat a caloric deficit. You will find the weight to come off, and you will have more $$$ in your pocket.
  • For the calorie deficit I know most people say that the 1200 is wrong on here or whatever. how do I know whether it is right for me? I work in an office(I walk up and down stairs about 3 days a week). I am 20, 5'1, I work out 1-3 times a week(a disorder I have prevents me from doing anymore). I try to eat better but I am trying. (trying the key work. lol)

Is there a website that can tell me or what? I am still new to all of this.

Plug in your stats here and use the recommended calorie deficit based on your information. That's why you're here right? And save your money. Using diet aids only temporarily assist with weight loss. Unless you're willing to pay money to the company the REST OF YOUR LIFE, you'll have to figure out how to do without sometime.
