Help me set up my lifting goals!

I've been lifting semi-sporadically for the past year, but I just started the 5x5 program almost a month ago. It started to get intense over the past couple of weeks, so I'd love to set up some goals. I just don't know where to start!

Here's where I am now (don't make fun of my wimp status!):
Squats - 90 lbs 5x5
Deadlifts - 115 lbs 1x5
Bench Press - 65 lbs 5x5
Rows - 65 lbs 5x5
OHP - 50 lbs 5x5

*I deloaded on the OHP because it's the bane of my existence an I can't seem to go up at all. I'll be doing 45 5x7 on Friday and then going back up to 50 on Wednesday to see what happens.

So, what should my goals be? I know this is based on each individual, but I have no clue what's even realistic. Any ideas?

Also, what happens when YOU reach one of your goals. Do you give yourself a treat (new outfit, etc.) or is it just a personal sense of satisfaction?

It depends. Do you have any numbers you want to be able to hit?
I know that when I started my goal was just to look good, not matter what I was lifting

When I reached that goal I then started to want to lift specific amount of weight.

My first (second) goal was to hit 225 Deadlift.
When I finally did it I bought myself a nice pair of LuluLemon pants

For now I am trying to hit 350 on hip thrusts. Not sure how I will reward myself once I reach it :blushing:

Goals are personal, and each have their own. Depends on what you want for now!
