I've had an ed for over a year now... And I'm at a point where I'm trying to get okay with eating. I can not eat for days, but once I eat something, it's EXTREMELY hard to stop! I have the selfcontrol to not eat for days but even just having a grape can cause me to eat thousands of calories worth of food
Any ideas to help?

Insteading of going on with the fast-binge cycle, i suggest you start eating regularly, even small bites at a time. It will help you knowing that you gonna eat after a couple of hours later, and not binge because you wont see food for days.
I agree that prof. Help is necessary but you have to try getting better on your own too.0 -
