The one hundred day project

The rules are simple!
For 100 days you will:

- Write down everything you eat
- Keep track of how many days you eat clean in a row
- BLOG everything you eat and your workout of the day
- Drink 64oz or more of water a day
- Try to avoid junk food / fats food and white bread
- Love yourself.

The one hundred day project is not complete after 100 days, however. This is not a fad diet. This is a life style change. It means that after the 100 days is up you will continue to eat healthy, drink water, work our and love yourself.
