I'm willing to give it a try, but I won't set myself up for an unrealistic expectation of achieving this. I'm on day 9 of my new lifestyle and haven't dropped a single pound yet, so I feel like I'm due for a sharp drop-off once the water weight or whatever is messing with me goes!0
