Does anyone else plan their meals for the day? I like to plan the whole day including snacks. Gives me a better idea of what I can eat for the day. That way if what I have planned for lunch or supper is too high fat I can adjust it so I stay within my daily goals. It helps me stay on track.

I only meal plan for dinner. Though, I'm about to change that. I think I'm going to have to meal plan for all meals and snacks for everyone in the house, including myself. I usually leave myself out of the equation. Coming back to start my weight loss/healthy lifestyle journey, again, I'm realizing I need to do for myself, and not just the family.0
