Hey,
At the moment I am doing a pretty intensive course. It work in a sterile environment which means no food and I am under supervision which means, no food.
So what happens is, during my very short lunch break I eats what I can stuff (which is usually in biscuit form)
That means I generally have about 300 during the day and try to eat as many of the rest of the cal in the evening.
Am I damaging my efforts to loose weight by not distributing my calories?

Search for, 5:2, or ADF, or IF online.
This may work out PERFECTLY for you.
Distributing calories is a myth.0 -

For someone like yourself it could work absolutely perfectly as fasting is a piece of cake when you are busy and really unable to really eat anyways.
You can do it a calender day, or 24 hour cycles. I do the latter so I know that every evening I can still have a good dinner and dont go a calender day without eating or eating very little.0 -
I like the idea of 24hr, because at least I can eat something....and i do love eating. lol0

I track my calories two ways...calender day and 24 hour cycle. By calender day the calorie count doesnt look as impressive/clean as a calender day fast but at th end of the week the deficit is what matters. Each week i start on Sunday evening, eat dinner at 7pm, fast until 7pm on Monday. 7pm monday to 7pm tuesday eat to my maintain, and repeat. Saturday I weigh in and eat to my maintain, and sunday until 7pm eat to my maintain.
Been working out for me pretty good, as just like yesterday i was fasting until 7pm monday night and for dinner I went and had myself my favorite sub at subway, and that still left 1500 calories today until 7pm.
It really is just another way of creating a deficit, but you only have to be restrictive on the fast CYCLES and stay within maintain weight in the feast cycle.0
