Hello,
I am new to MFP. My September 2014 wedding kick started my motivation but I am really looking to make a long term lifestyle change. I would love to have some like minded MFP Friends so please add me!
Aslo, I just started a KETO diet to see if I can re-set my metabolism after a plateau. It is a huge change in the way I have see and use food. So far so good!
