Hello everyone! I'm not looking to lose weight but I am looking to lose fat and tone up. I find it very hard to start working hard on this and sticking to it. Does anyone who has done this and stuck to it have any tips or stories on how you got on? Would be greatly appreciated

I find fitness apps very useful. Sworkit, Sugarpop Fitness, or just buying some weights and start using them. I've worked up some serious sweats with them. You can tailor it to what you want to work on, including strength training. Give it a try. :happy:0

you need to find a program that YOU like, that fits Your life and schedule. When you like it, you are more likely to stick to it. Plus you have to have the desire to change more than the desire to do anything but working out.
There are tons of great programs that work, but you have to do the Work!
If you're really ready, feel free to friend me!
