Hello, I started on this site 2 weeks ago and have been honest with the logging on my android app and seeing good results so far. I'm also wearing a fitbit one which if anything is just a motivator for me. Anyway, I'd like a little advice on how best to achieve my goal of a that good old flat stomach I know it's a long road ahead and that's fine, just needs some tips.
As of today I weigh 93.1Kg and have lost about a kilo a week which is what is predicted with MFP. I have just bought a new Nordictrack E9.2 E9.2 elliptical to replace my cheap Argos thing which broke multiple times (although i did weigh over 100Kg then).
I do a 500 calorie burn on the Elliptical every day, sometimes twice a day at weekends and my calorie intake is set for 1210 and I'm finding this easy to stick to. However I don't completely trust the elliptical, it has a Polar HRM but is 500 in 30 mins really possible? I'm certainly sweating enough.
So I read that I should be doing strength training as well. I have some dumb bells currently, is there any other equipment i need to get like kettle bells? and if so how many and what weight should i be looking at getting? Anyone have any recommended programs for home use. I dont have a lot of room and cant hang pull up bars from doorframes etc.
Thanks for reading
Andy

due to a sports injury im unable to run, so my cardio is eliptical or bike, but most of my weight loss is through weight training.0
