Needing to know~ Is it normal to only have lost 1lb in a couple of days? It feels like I should be dropping more with all the exercise and calorie counting. I have stayed under my calorie count each day and have worked my butt off! I am a little discouraged! I don't feel like I am even on a diet, which is fantastic and maybe that is why....usually I hate being on a diet but this is so easy to do, I almost feel guilty eating normal food!

You know when you set up your account they ask what kind of weight do you want to lose each week. The most that you can select, according to MFP, is 2 pounds per week. If you got 1 pound down already i would go with it. Sounds like you know what you are doing. Stay with it and remember that 3500 cals equal 1 pound. Keep a deficit and you will lose. Good luck.0
