liquid only fast, join?

Just started liquid only fast, water or one coffee with semi skimmed milk all day and fruit smoothie (home made) for dinner.60 mins a day of exercise. Looking for support to help motivation.

I seem to have got to be a bit of a 'health' freak recently.
I too practice a 'liquid only fast', so I'm right there with you...
For 16 hours a day, I ONLY drink liquid.
Of course, "everything in moderation" too, so for the other 8 hours I'll eat on average 2500-3000 calories of solid food. Working so well than I'm still losing weight, so upping intake by 250 calories from tomorrow.
