Dammit!

I've been doing really well with my food and avoiding comfort eating (an old and very bad habit). However today it all caught up with me. Despite regularly treating myself a little of what I fancy, I scoffed half a chocolate pudding (905 calories) and cornish icecream (123 calories) which pushed me over by almost 600 calories today.

I know that one day won't ruin me but do you guys also get the "what the hell was I thinking?" moments of regret after splurging like that. Well lesson learnt, at the very least look at the box before saying yes to seconds, regardless of how stressful my day has been.

Back off to the gym tomorrow then :P

Haha, yep. I've learned to check the label before even deciding to have anything a long time ago. It's saved me quite a few guilt-gym sessions!

Normally I do... funny how a simple slip can do that.

Still on the other hand maybe my body needed it because i'm on the cusp of a plateau. I probably need to drop my loss to 0.5lb a week now that i'm only 5lbs from my target
