Brownie Batter Overnight Protein Oats
I have been eating this for breakfast for the last few days. It's filling and it DOES taste like brownie batter!
Macros:
363 cals, 45g carbs, 13g fat, 29g protein
Ingredients:
1/2 cup Unsweetened almond milk (or low fat milk of choice)
1/4 cup Plain Greek Yogurt (you can use low/nonfat to reduce calories. I use full fat/regular)
1 tbs Unsweetened cocoa powder (or more, to taste)
1/8 tsp Salt
1 tbs Baking Stevia or 1/4 cup sweetener that measures like sugar
1/2 cup Old fashioned oats
1 scoop protein powder (I use Designer Whey Chocolate - 100 calories/scoop)
Mix everything in a small tupperware and cover. Keep in fridge overnight and wake up to a delectable breakfast!

Enjoy!
