My LOG

Im in the second week of a bulk. Doing 5-3-1 BBB. I averaged 3300 cals last week (did a lot of bicycling). Scale number looks deceptive (~174) like the last bulk, I'm gonna ignore it. Started at 168#, 5'10", ~12%. Going til my clothes get snug (~185-190).

Current 1RM maxes:
OHP=145
BP= 235
SQUAT=255
DL=300

I've always done leg day(s), my legs just suck. I think this bulk will balance them out.

Measurements:
Bicep=14.25
Forearm=12.25
Chest=40
Shoulders=46.333
Thigh=23
Calf=15.5
Hip bones=33.5
Waist=32.5
Neck=16

First real bulk phase. Last [first] bulk I tore my supraspinatus on week two. My neural adaption is maxed out so I expect some serious noob gains. Ill post a progress pics for the next ~15 weeks.

    Measurements:
    Bicep=14.25
    Forearm=12.25
    Chest=40.5 +.5
    Shoulders=47.25 +~1"
    Thigh=23.5 +.5
    Calf=15.5
    Hip bones=33.5
    Waist=33 +.5
    Neck=16

    DL and squat 1RM's both went up 10#. Upper lifts havent moved much, but, not every day is a day to PR (although I'd like it to be). Ill get some pics tomorrow.

    Added 3 sets of face pulls, rear delts on pec deck, and hammer curls... all low weight (as suggested by JW)

    Considering doing BBB 3 month challenge ( next microcycle would have 5X10X60% then 5X10X70% of my main lifts following the heavy work). I'll gauge how I feel next monday and likely bump up my BBB sets 10%.

    So far I'm not feeling wrecked by BBB as Jim Wendler suggests you should. Im guessing its because my numbers arent that stellar so my volume is less than many others who do the program. Regardless, its hard. I'm just not extremely sore from it. Im glad. F doms.
