Does anyone want to join me in eating healthier?

I think it's important to eat healthier than just eat processed food in moderation. All I'm asking is for people to give up one thing that is unhealthy. I'm not saying to give it up completely but maybe have it once a month or something. For me, I kind of have to stay away from stuff all together like soda I gave it up almost four years ago and I don't want to have it because I think I'll get back into drinking soda a lot. Like with candy, I eat it every couple of months but the first few days after I eat the candy it is so hard to not buy more. I think slowly trying to take away unhealthy food is good because I've learned that trying to take all of it away at once is almost impossible. I hope some people feel the same way; don't get me wrong I do understand the other side I just have my own opinion. I'd like to help anyone if you need anything. I've decided to give up eating pasta, rice, and bread.
