Why is my waist to hip ratio going up?

I've lost 82 lbs over the course of the last 9 months. When I started my waist to hip ratio was .76 and as of today it's .85. I still have a good 60 lbs to lose, but I'm not liking this trend at all. I've always been pear shaped and this is really throwing me for a loop, I feel like a rectangle on legs. I eat high protein, low carb, low fat around 1200 calories a day. I walk about 5 miles a day and will do intense cardio once or twice a week, no weight training. Does anyone know of any tips to get things moving in the other direction?

Lift weights if you want your body composition to look better. And 1200 cals seems very low, are you sure you're tracking everything properly (cooking oils ect).0
