Dangit, just not hungry

Well, I'm on call this weekend which means I really can't leave my apartment (I have to be within range of a pc all day and night, 24/7 in case a hospital has computer issues). So, I haven't done too much... I did a little jogging in place and tried an aerobics video but it felt kind of weird. Other than that I don't have much food so I've basically been eating leftovers from the week.
The downside is, I still have about 430 calories left and I'm genuinely not hungry for anything... I've been grazing on apples most of the day and a bunch of water which has me filled.

well if you like peanut butter you can add them to the apples if you can still muster one day after having them all day! lol....I think you did pretty good being home all day!!! so good for you!
what else ya got at home to munch on....???
I'd try to spread it out if you don't want it all right now too...

Well the cuppbard is kind of bare.. i only have a few granola/fiber one bars. I have some soup mix which I'll probobly use tomorrow but I'm hesistant since I don't have any meat or tofu to throw in. Beyond that, apples, peanut butter, blueberry granola, and some tofu parm/whole wheat rotini. Nothing super special... especially since it has to last me until monday when I can shop
I think for now i'll just chalk it up to being ok since I was laying on the couch most of the day. I hate being on call... so boring0 -
awww!! poor guy! I bet.....ya know even a few tbsp of pb is like 200 cals...if you need them. ..if not then enjoy your night as best you can!!!:drinker:
