I know it didn't happen overnight, but today I'm VERY aware of the increased definition in my arms. Inspired me to do a full on flex in the mirror. Yup...almost time to start selling tickets to the gun show.

    I do that all the time. I found myself struttin around the house in my cowboy boots and superman underware a few weeks back stopping to strike a pose in front of the mirror.
    Yep - good thing I live alone!

    On my arms day, one of my favorite exercises is high pulley curls.

    On Back and Bicep day I love the burning I get. Though I heard the tricep was your biggest muscle in your arm. So if you want big arms to work that harder then the bicep.
