I take store brand calcium with vitamin D, because i need calcium and i do no tlike milk. I only get a bit of cheese and yogurt in my diet so i like to suppliment that. I also take Vitamin C, only becasue so many people around me have horrible colds, and i do not want to get it. I take 1500 Mg of that daily, Sunkist brand (it was the cheapest)0

Women's 1 a day, iron, D if i start feeling like crap on a regular basis. sometimes calcium if I remember to care.0

I take acidophilus, and a zinc/vitamin C combo to ward off colds. Have considered calcium supplements too as I never seem to get enough, but I think I'll end up rattling like a pharmacy if I take any more!0
