I've been considering buying the tone it up nutrition plan for a few months... but it's 150. Just wondering if there was any feedback/success stories before I decide to shell out the money for it!

not sure what this is but why not just eat at a small deficit and do some exercise, ie lift weights0

Here's a free tone it up fitness plan:
1. Reasonable calorie deficit
2. Heavy weights
3. Proper rest
4. Patience0 -
I love TIU and the TIU girls. I think its a good plan..you dont have to buy the nutrition plan if your not ready but do follow the weekly schedule workouts. (Online or they have an Iphone app which I like to use) I have the nutrition plan and I am pleased with it. They have lots of great info and tips but I think if you use MFP and eat clean you probably dont need the plan..they have lots of free info if you join the online community (free) I love their toning workouts, I think its better suited for my physique than when I was trying to tone with heavy weights. I am definitely happy with TIU and I have tried many, many other fitness regimens. GOod Luck0

Back in Feb this year I went to a weight loss management and they have asked me for 1000 upfront to join then they wanted me sell me pills and training for a year for another 1500. I was sooo mad for the total price, therefore I decided to spend 400 for 3 months unlimited membership to spin classes and invested 100 in a pair of spin shoes. I am half way to my goal and VERY HAPPY !!!!! to be spending only a fraction of the cost they have asked + health improved.
I would design a plan for myself, KEEP UP WITH THE PLAN, and I can put my head on this, you will be HAPPIER knowing you did it yourself. Forget about the magic pills...
I see you are young (if that is you in the picture), no excuses !!!
GOOD LUCK :flowerforyou:0 -
Hi everyone,
My name is Clare and I have created a new MFP account (previously my username was 'heidelbergerin') simply because I needed a clean slate to work with.
Here is the deal:
I have Multiple Sclerosis. I have Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS). I have over 100lbs to lose in total.I am recovering from spinal surgery (ACDF on 26.04.14). I have until November 26th 2014 to get down to 199lbs or less. No slip ups. My brother is getting married the week before as well.
My endocrinologist has set me the challenge getting down to under 200lbs by the time of my next appointment (approx 6 months). I had the appointment letter arrive today, so the official date is Wednesday 26th November 2014.
I am following the Tone It Up Nutrition Plan and am committed to leading an active lifestyle. I will not allow myself to make excuses anymore.
In an effort for this account to be as honest and open as possible, I struggle with Binge Eating and EDNOS - so avoiding bingeing every day is a challenge. However, I know that with the support of the Tone It Up Community, the My Fitness Pal Community and the Blogilates Community (yes, I'm on all three...), I know I can do this.
Do you have a similar journey ahead? Can we offer each other support? Please feel free to add me, if so!
Thanks!
