I had a request for this Salmon Asparagus Casserole. We had a bunch of leftover grilled salmon. i used this recipe and really liked it! I expanded this recipe which serves 2. I input the recipe on sparkpeople.com/recipe with the pasta to come up with an approximation of the nutritional information.
6 ounce can salmon
2 ounces grated swiss cheese shopping list
1 egg
1 cup asparagus
2 ribs celery chopped
Combine all ingredients then bake in lightly greased casserole at 350 for 30 minutes.
I served this with whole wheat pasta tossed with onions and garlic. Was good and even better the next day!
