Unhealthy Sleeping Pattern

Is it unhealthy to sleep late and wake up late?
My usual schedule has been looking like this lately: sleeping at 5 AM, waking up at 3 PM.
I must hit my macros each and every single day, thus, the cycle repeats.
Plus, I've tried Melatonin before, but people say its bad to rely on a drug, that it may cause you to wake in the middle of the night, and that it can make you drowsy when you awake as well.

A routine is a routine. You're body will get use to it, and the hours it operates. I work straight nights, sleep from 3pm-9h30pm, log my food from the time I wake up to the time I go to bed.
If you're sleep patterns are all over the place and changing daily, then you might see some issues. If you're feeling energized and alert, I don't think you have anything to worry about.0
