started DC yesterday not sure how to work this site tried putting my food entry in but showing WW yogurt as 100 cals but it only has 49 can anyone help as its giving me false cal count!!!!1

    When I enter Weight Watcher's Yogurt, it gives me a list of different flavors and different amounts per serving. Can you be more specific as to flavor and amount in the serving?
