One way to stay motivated

Starting from tomorrow I have a way to keep myself motivated and also do good for others at the same time. I've organised a "sponsored weight loss" in work.

I have a few others in work signed up to it who also need to loose weight. All the money we raise will be donated to the Irish Heart Foundation.

I have set a realistic time-frame of 4 months (ending in February 2011) to reach our targets.

I've set a penalty clause to really keep the motivation going. Anyone (including myself) who fails to reach their target weight has to contribute an EXTRA €100 themselves. Anyone that exceeds their target has to contribute an extra €50.
