Hi From Seattle: Introduction or Success Story?

I'm 27, and from Seattle! I have been on my "weight loss journey" for three years.
Starting at over 330 lbs, I made it under 300 in about a year, by swapping out some of my worst habits for better habits, and identifying an intolerance to wheat/gluten.
Some life changes and "happy" weight, caused me to plateau. As the exercise turned from 5-7 times per week to 1-2, and the "exceptions" to my healthy eating started to be daily, instead of weekly or monthly, the healthy metabolism I'd build up started to disappear and I started gaining back my weight.
At the end of September on a 5+ hour flight from Seattle, to NYC. Feeling AWFUL with an upset stomach (from eating too much wheat) and FAT, crammed into a coach-airline seat. I decided something had to change.
As soon as I got home, I started looking for a calorie counter app for my I-phone. After a few days, MPF, the app and the website emerged as the best! It was free, and I'd paid money for some of the other apps I tried! 15 lbs down already I'm almost back under 300 lbs and have walked or worked out every single day!
So with that 15, a nice concrete number, I've decided to stick with MPF for the long haul! I've already convinced a few of my friends and family to give myfitnesspal a try. As they see the weight coming off more and more, I think I'll find even more of them on here!
There's my introduction, coupled with my first success story! Hopefully the next year will be followed up by many more! I'd love to be friends with anyone else with similar goals, or who lives in the Seattle area!
