Good Morning and hello!

I am back on mfp after being off for a few years. Last time I checked in I was 251 and now Im 295...yeah...wrong direction! But I'm back, feeling motivated to lose weight! I am turning 40 next year and I want to be in the best physical shape possible. Right now I'm working out at home with Keaira LaShae's reggae workout 6 times a week. Its so much fun it doesn't even feel like a workout. Im on mfp to make sure I stay on track with logging my meals. Thanks for all the support and inspiration. It's great to see people who are motivated to change as well.
