Wish me luck! Going jogging

I'm going running/jogging with my superfit sister this evening, for the first time in OMG must be three years or so. Not sure why we stopped previously, except that it was no fun for her:grumble: as I was soooo out of breath all the time (I kept telling her to go fetch the car) and so we walked more than jogged.
Since then, I've lost all of the weight shown below and I know that I've got a hell of a lot more energy, so it should be interesting, to say the least
I had to go buy "going outside to exercise" clothes this morning, as all the ones I wear for home indoors exercise are way too big and would just be embarrassing to wear outside, not least because the leggings would keep falling down!!
So, this time tomorrow will I be really pleased with myself, or a basket case? Fingers crossed it's the former!:smokin:

Well, we did a VERY brisk walk, for 50 minutes. A lovely evening, too, so it was fun, and flew by, Thighs felt it, and this morning so does the instep of the ankle I badly sprained a couple of months ago. But we're going to do it once a week, and should up the pace a bit each time.0
