Introduction and Motivation

Hola, So I have been in and out of MFP and never really used it to my full advantage. I lost weight a few years ago, but since the loss of my mother I have gained and continue to gain. I was so motivated back then, but after her passing I just stopped eating right and gained about 15 to 20 pounds. It has been 2 years since her passing and I know I need to get back on track. One of the things I have never done is use a Message Board. I think I need all the motivation I can get to get myself back on track. With that said, let me introduce my self. My name is Diana aka Bokohoyo (you can call me Boko), my goal is to lose at least 30 pounds. If there are any tips on how to stay focus, please let me know. I am open to any suggestions at this point. One thing I do plan to change is to utilize this app to its fullest and try my very best to exercise more. I hope with good and positive motivation I will lose the weight I gained back and lose even more.

Hi Diana. I wish you luck with all your goals, you are so right about it being hard to stay focused with life sticking it's nose into our plans all the time. If you find the key to that please share!0
