Hi everyone!
I'm at a healthy weight of around 123 pounds at 5'4. Although I am thin, all my weight is fat. My goal is to get back to around 110 pounds like I was when I was running. I'd really like to be more toned than I was then though, so being heavier than that is fine too. As long as I am slender.
I have an hourglass figure, I don't know my exact measurements at the moment, but my waist is considerably smaller than my hips. I'd really not like to lose this. Unfortunately, I don't remember what I looked like when I ran, haha. Will exercise and weight loss affect my shape and raise my whr, or is your shape mostly fixed? Also, are there any exercises that can make you even curvier? Any I should avoid. I plan to include more strength training than I did before when I only ran.
Perhaps I should mention that I am young, 19.
