New to MFP

Hi, I am new to MFP and am just in the process of learning. I haven't upload a photo of myself because I don't have many, if any at all. I don't let people take my picture because I am ashamed of what I look like. I need help from whoever is willing to lend a hand. I am trying my best on my own but support would be so nice to have. I need and want to loose at least 70 lbs. If you feel you can help, please add me as a friend. I will do my best to help you too. Thanks
