Newbie Here !!

Hello , my name is Tiana I am a mother of one && every since I gave birth I just really lost all energy & motivation to eat healthy & workout . I've attempted so many workout plans & cheats to lose weight , I've come to the conclusion that there is no easy way to lose weight It's either all or nothing . I don't really have much motivation at home Ive heard so many great things about MFP && I'm ready for a change !!!! My weight is 170 , Goal Weight 145 . I KNOW this will be very challenging for me but I'm willing to press forward & prove to myself that I am capable of this . Feel free to add me ... :)
