Restless legs after intense workout

I've started taking a sports training class 2-3 days per week. Probably similar to cross-fit. It's been pretty intense; we usually don't end the hour without someone vomiting or passing out! But man, we feel AMAZING after! Great workout. But I've been having a hard time sleeping. I've never had issues with sleeping before. I can fall asleep quickly, and stay asleep till morning. But on days that I have these butt-kicking workouts, it's like my body can't relax. My body feels restless, and I get that 'crawling' feeling in my legs. It wakes me up and causes me to toss and turn throughout the night. Has anyone else had this issue? Not sure how to alleviate it? I've never taken sleep aids, and would prefer not too if I can help it. Also, I take a multi-vitamin and Fat burner (Shredz) before my workouts. Not sure if that has something to do with it?? Thanks for your suggestions!!

    What do you do post-workout? Any stretching, foam roll, what do you eat, epsom salt bath, so forth?

    You may need to adjust something to help your leg muscles settle down before bed.
