This actually kinda what's been working for me.
I mean, I don't go stupid and eat Mc D's and crap like that, but i've eaten a 6" turkey sub with the fixings from subway (no sauce), Frozen pizza from the store, chips (pringles or lays baked), a small individual pack of cadbury mini eggs, tacos, nachos etc.
Ive lost 18lbs in three weeks eating whatever I like as long as they stay under my numbers MFP gives. Drink a ton of lemon/cucumber water, and do my work out every day.
Not saying that would work for everyone, or even for myself later down the road, but for now it does. Although I should note other than the occasional times, I generally do eat stuff like chicken breast, fish, salad, small bits of rice, and don't eat pasta and have potatos rarely.0 -
