Im a IIFYM follower and everything. Yesterday I realized that most of the food I eat has soy in it and it has me worried since processed soy always lower the amount of testosterone that men have for a period of time.
I know a website that has a list of foods/breads/cereal etc that has no soy in it. So its not that Im going crazy about this. I use the method of calories in vs calories out like all IIFYM-ers.
Im NOT eliminating it completely since your body needs some of it but I want to get best out my testosterone levels right now. Do you guys its gonna be uselfull? Or its bullcrap?

I'm afraid that's a total myth about soy. I'd be more worried about the amount of oestrogen in dairy

I feel it's a total myth. I'm on TRT and posed that exact question to my specialist. If I had an estrogen dominate cancer, it might be a concern to reduce my consumption, but not a concern for TRT.
Also realize, flaxseed, flaxseed oil, dairy, legumes, bran also have estrogen-like substances.0
