Hi everyone! :):)

This is my 2nd time around losing weight... the first time I lost 12kg in 2011, but ended up gaining it all back (and more) in 2012 & 2013. So far I am in about 3-4 weeks into my 2nd journey but this time I am really trying to make it more of a lifestyle than just a weight loss phase!

I would love love love to make some friends on here so we can keep each other motivated, exchange fitness tips & healthy recipes etc! I'm more than happy to listen to any problems you have or just listen if you have had an off day and need a little help to feel better. I know I would benefit a lot if I had people that could relate to having an off day in relation to fitness & weight loss...
