Extra Protein

A lot of days I find myself overshooting my protein goals. Overall, I'm not falling super short on my other macros, so I haven't been all that concerned. Should I be mindful of any adverse effects of having that much protein in my diet? My diary is open, so suggestions are welcome!

    Your protein doesn't seem that high actually, even though you're going over.

    I'd be more concerned that you're undershooting your overall calories, seems a little light.

    I haven't finished logging for today yet, but most days I overshoot the 1200 mark by a bit, and definitely eat back exercise calories. I guess it satisfies me most of the time because I'm fairly sedentary. Glad to know my protein isn't unreasonable though!

    So how do you get too much protein? I have trouble getting enough.
