Ammonia?

During and after an intense workout, i smell Ammonia. What does this mean?? Sometimes its faint and sometimes its strong

I believe it occurs when your body stops using carbs for fuel during a workout and starts using protein instead. There's no harm in it as far as I know, but if it bothers you, you could try consuming more carbs before a workout so you're properly fueled and drinking more water.0
