Hello eveyone who is reading this.

I have two questions:

1st) How do I weigh myself?

2nd) Also how do I take my own measurements?

This two questions are very important to me. I am new.

Thank you.

Weigh yourself using the same scale, same time of day, wearing nothing, or the same clothing every time. This minimizes outside factors. Your weight changes through the day as you eat and drink. Also, usually best if you do it right after using toilet, to get "you" weight, not waste/water weight. Sorry if too much info!

Use a measuring tape to measure yourself on areas you want to monitor. Common areas are neck, upper arms, chest/bust, waist, hips and thighs. Try to measure in the same place each time and have tape snug but not tight, shouldn't be indenting your skin. Try to use a soft sewing tape versus a hard metal measuring tape, will conform to your body easier for better accuracy.

Recommended to measure weight once a week (unless you are mentally able to deal with moderate daily fluctuations) and body measurements every few weeks to once a month.
