How do you measure calories in something with a lot of ingredients? Such as casseroles..salads..soups? I found a recipe for chickpea salad but there's quite a bit of ingredients.. just guesstimate?

Enter all the ingredients into the recipe builder. Figure the number of servings, and it breaks all the nutritional info down for you, and you can easily enter the number of servings you had into your diary. The recipe will be saved so easier to log the next time around.0
