Well I do not know if any one will say yah that happened to me to but I had to share. Today I was in the gym working though my weights work out. It was time for the EZ bar lift I walk ocer to grab the bar and take a quick look... I start my set and at 7 I am thinking wow this is hard... 8 more and I am out .. I get to15 and you would have thought I was going to die it was hard my face was all strained. ... so I take me rest... think gezzz this was not that hard last week. I must have worked hard today. .. then I go back for my last two sets I give up at 10 reps I just could not get any more in.... so I go to put the bar away and take another look yup you all knew it 20lbs more then what I did last work out.... I am not a detail person so thos whole thing made me laugh. I need a journal to write this stuff down.
