I'm so happy today. After anticipating a gain this week, I lost almost 2 lbs! :bigsmile: I started out the week with Mexican food (Yikers!) then Subway on Wednesday, Huge binge on Thursday, and on Thursday night, came down with one doozy of a headcold. I have been logging my calories, but not sticking to it very well. Sick as a dog, and I've been eating when I felt like it.

I wonder if that proves you do need more calories when your body is fighting illness? I dunno, but I'm thrilled and motivated with my progress. Hopefully I'll feel good enough to really get back on track tomorrow (still feel pretty crummy today. :ohwell: )

    Congrats! I don't know, sometimes the body will tell you one thing and then turn around an tell you another. Anyway, looks like you two might have a happy medium. Hope you get to feeling better.
