Anyone doing Chalean Extreme?

    I'm doing Chalean Extreme right now, and there is A LOT of focus on lunging and squating. I'm talking nearly every weighted exercise incorporates leg movements. Sumo squats, regular squats, lunges. I wish I could give you advice on your knee, but I'm not really qualified. If you'd be alright with heavy modification depending on the extend of your pain, you could do it.
  • I did Burn 2 last night...I got some weights instead of the resistance band I was using and wow...it was hard, my arms were killing me!!
