Hi I'm making good progress that i'm happy with SW:85 CW:71kg GW:66kg height:168. Still also losing cm when i measure. and my progress has been quite consistent [http://www.myfitnesspal.com/blog/asciiqwerty/view/so-not-linear-but-the-trend-looks-good-655024]

My calorie goal is 1500. with C:P:F 35:30:35.

Yesterday I got the closest i've ever been to meeting all my macro targets, but I was a little low on fibre.

If you have the time, I would be grateful if you could look into my diary,
- i would love a sanity check to help me pick up incorrect/innacurate listings
- i would also be greatful for tips/suggestions to help me meet my macro targets more frequently

thanks

    I took a look

    Few entries are suspect

    Banana by length
Generic cheese slice or anything that starts with generic
    Buns not weighed

I have to think some of your entries are personal ie made by matt, your cereal with milk

Protien seems really low on most days...some days pretty good.

I often eat protien at every meal to get my 120 grams in...yes it can get old and some days I will eat cereal but I try to get protien in then too with some bacon.

there are some guesses - i usually have to do that when i'm out -I try to put a note in the food notes (but i don't always remember)
so the generic cheese slice was at a bbq and I chose generic on purpose to flag to myself that it was a guess - I also noted on my profile that everything that day was a guess - but i was marshalling and first aider at a music festival and on my feet for 14 hours - so it may well have balanced out
banana by length means i ate it at the office and it's a best guess - though it usually means i've measured it (with a ruler) (when at home like for supper last night i weigh)
the hot crossed buns, I weighed the pack contents and the first two i served and pack/number = first two (+/- 4g) so for simplicity i left 1 bun [probably lazy]

when I am guessing ('cos i'm out - or someone other than my husband is cooking) I try to pick things that are obviously guesses to help me acknowledge that they're inaccurate and i try to add a note

however, those were all before I re-adjusted my macros and started targeting macros rather than just calories
quite a lot of personal entries (recipes, meals, ...) which I weigh and adjust as I can (i've started using a smaller bowl too)

i'm definetly struggling to get the proteins - will have to think about adding some to breakfast more often
or getting in some protein snacks

Didn't see anything odd, apart from the odd skimmed milk powder entry in Snacks or somewhere.

    thanks

I've started making a shake from time to time to help with my protein and fat (milk + milk powder (+ vanilla essence or fruit)) and i weigh them, if I have it not as a meal then it goes into snacks
