Newly Vegan, needing support and help?

So, after doing a bit of research and looking at the foods I already eat, I have decided that I would like to attempt to lead a vegan lifestyle.
I don't eat a lot of meat anyway, and will only really do so if my fiance is the one cooking dinner: otherwise I'm perfectly happy with veggies/fruits/rice/potatoes and the likes. I also don't use dairy or egg products a lot, and when I do it's a dash of milk in my morning coffee or for baking: which can be easily replaced.
Now, I'm not looking for a bashing from anyone for choosing to live this lifestyle; nor will I bash anyone who chooses to eat meat/animal produce etc.
I also understand that this isn't something I can force upon my family so I'm not going to be one of those people who refuses to feed/cook for her children and partner unless it's vegan.
I was just wondering if there are any groups on here that could offer support and guidance for things like recipes; what products to buy etc.

Go under Groups in the Community section. There is Happy Herbivores and Team Vegan among others. I am not a vegetarian but I think you should do what works in a healthy way for you. I use chia seeds and I've heard that when they're pre-soaked for 5 minutes that they can be used as an egg substitute in recipes. I wish you luck and success.:drinker:

Thank you, as I said I don't eat a lot of meat or animal produce anyway: aside from my vices of chocolate and jelly sweets, which are my main binge items (EDNOS). So I'm hoping that this provides a more positive and healthy outlook for myself.0
