Could anyone help with my breakfast problems,i really don't do boring breakfast ,ie cereal could anyone give me any ideas what i could have instead of the usual Thanks Jo

you don't have to eat breakfast - it's not essential for weightloss which is all bout the calorie deficit
me I love breakfast and couldn't live without it i eat: cereal with fruit, cereal with yogurt, yogurt with fruit, porrige, eggs with mushrooms, or eggs with tomato, or anything else that takes my fancy
I always have coffee and fruit juice
just make sure you're eating all your macro and calorie targets each day and double check that you've calculated them properly
