Its a very true article and one that I'm sure a huge amount of people can relate too.
Its hard, becoming fit and healthy is so so much harder than sitting on the sofa scoffing crisps but I think you need to be in the right place to start in the first place and if you fall off the wagon you need to have a point when you say enough is enough.
I personally feel all these apps really help *when you use them* but ultimately they are the tool I use to track progress, not to 'make' me get off my *kitten* and do something. That comes from me becoming a moody cow, feeling crap about lack of exercise and eating rubbish.
People are different though, some people dont need apps, others are addicted, helps others, distracts others. I suppose you gota find what works for you and stick with it.0
