I noticed that some cereal have a lot of sugar. sometimes I will have one serving of cereal and use up all my sugar allowance for the day. Which cereal has low amount of sugar, sodium and also low in calories?

I don't even eat cereal anymore. Since it's almost exclusively carbs the calories get burned within two hours after eating it. So unless you're eating a snack before lunch your body isn't getting enough energy between those meals. Cereal really isn't worth the calories. Eggs, toast and yogurt is a much better breakfast.

  • I love plain rice chex. It might not be the most filling option out there, but I think it's delicious.
